Regular Fit T-Shirts

Letters mean different things at different brands, so go by the numbers. The Regular fit follows classic US/international grading: the shoulder seam sits at your natural shoulder point rather than dropped below it, and the body skims rather than hanging.

Measured flat, pit to pit: S is 19″, M is 20″, L is 22″ and XL is 24″ — a 2″ step per size above M. Those are garment measurements taken flat, not body measurements, and they come straight from the graded specification our manufacturer produced against. Every measurement holds a tolerance of ±0.5″; anything outside it is rejected at QC before it ships.

That precision is the point. If you know the flat chest measurement of a shirt you already like, you know your size here without guessing what a given brand means by Regular.

Take a t-shirt you already own and wear happily. Lay it flat, smooth out the creases, and measure straight across from armhole seam to armhole seam, about an inch below the armhole. That single number is directly comparable to ours — do not double it. Our chart is flat garment measurements throughout, so 20″ on your shirt means our M.

The step is fixed and known: 2″ per size above M. If your measurement lands between two sizes, the ±0.5″ tolerance gives some room either way. Take the smaller size for a closer fit through the chest and shoulders, the larger for more ease.

The cut is unisex, S to XL. There is no separate men's or women's grade, and we do not produce an XXL — so the chart above is the whole range, not a subset of it.

Every Regular tee is 230 GSM combed, ring-spun cotton. Combing removes the shorter fibres before spinning, which is what gives the cloth its smooth, dense hand instead of a looser, hairier surface.

From there the details are about longevity rather than decoration. The shoulders carry woven shoulder taping — not cotton tape — which stops the seam stretching out under the weight of the garment over time. Seams are double-stitched. The body is side-seamed, built from front and back panels joined at the sides rather than a single tube, which holds its shape far better through repeated washing.

The cotton is pre-shrunk before cutting, so the fit you measure is close to the fit you keep. And the collar label is printed rather than woven, because a woven label against the back of the neck is a common source of irritation and we would rather you forget it is there.

A true-to-size cut is a layering cut. Because the Regular fit follows the measurements rather than adding hidden room, it sits cleanly under an overshirt or light knit without bulking the silhouette — a base layer that disappears rather than competing with what is over it.

It works alone too. At 230 GSM there is enough substance to stand on its own through the warmer months without clinging or showing every seam beneath an open shirt.
