About the cotton 240 gsm · piqué
240 gsm piqué — ten grams heavier than the tees, and a different knit. Piqué's fine waffle structure is what gives a polo its hand and lets the collar stand after a season instead of curling. 100% cotton, no polyester, pre-washed so it holds its size. The GSM guide →
About the embroidery
Thread stitched into the cloth gives a subtle raised texture you can feel. It will not fade or crack the way a print eventually can — embroidery ages differently, and better.

Quiet by design
Most of the tees carry a place across the back. The polo does the opposite — it says almost nothing, and says it in thread. It is the piece for the days you want the brand on you without announcing it.

A straight regular fit with a 2″ chest step per size above M. The shoulder seam sits at your natural shoulder point. Measure a shirt you like flat, pit to pit, and match the number.
How these are measured
- Chest — garment laid flat, measured straight across from armhole seam to armhole seam (pit‑to‑pit), 1″ below the armhole.
- Length — from the highest point of the shoulder, at the collar seam, straight down to the bottom hem.
- Shoulder — seam to seam across the back, between the shoulder seam points.
- Sleeve — from the shoulder seam to the sleeve opening edge.
Tolerance is ±0.5″ (±1.3 cm) on every measurement. Garments outside that are rejected at QC.
Looking after embroidery
Embroidery is hardier than print, but the thread still appreciates a gentle wash.
- Machine wash cold, inside out — this protects the stitching from abrasion.
- Wash with similar colours, on a gentle cycle.
- Hang to dry. Tumble drying is the main cause of shrinkage and puckering around stitching.
- Iron inside out, avoiding the embroidery directly — never press a hot iron onto thread.
- Skip bleach and fabric softener; softener coats the fibres and dulls the finish.
- Watch for snags — embroidery can catch on velcro and rough surfaces.

Why such a small run?
It is the first polo we have made and we would rather make a small number properly than guess at demand. There is no plan to restock this run.

This is a limited first run. We may make polos again, but not this one, and we will not promise otherwise.

Bought this as a birthday present for the husband. Super soft. Excellent fit, comparable to any premium brand. And the nicest sandstone/dunes of Al Ain sand color. Hope there’ll be more polos in the future!
